Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
2 1/4 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/4 ground cumin
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
Mix all ingredients with a whisk together in a bowl and then store it in a mason jar with lid.
Recipe Note
Add green onions and/or cilantro to the top of the Enchiladas for extra flavor and color if wanted.
