This dish is fantastic! It is completely healthy and super fast from start to finish. I love how few ingredients there are and how they compliment each other perfectly.

  • 1 lbs Salmon Fillet
  • 2 tbs Sage- Fresh Mince
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Pepper

Quick Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.    
  2. Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
  3. If you have one large piece of salmon, cut it into 4-6 pieces of equal size. If you have small pre-cut filets, you will use 4-6 pieces
  4. Rub the flesh side of the salmon with the seasoning rub.
  5. In a large cast-iron skillet, over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  6. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes.
  1. Move the skillet to the oven, bake for 10 minutes, just till the fish starts to flake away with a fork.
  2. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
